Andy Bennett FARLA – Director
After a number of years in a senior management position in the National Computer Unit of the NHS in 2000, Andy felt it was time to give up driving up and down the motorway to spend more time with his growing family. Having always been interested in property, the lettings industry seemed the logical choice. As Andy is qualified to the level of Fellow of ARLA (Association of Letting Agents) he is in the position to offer both correct and sensible advice. In his spare time he is known to torture golf balls.
Jane Bennett – Director
A founder director with Andy, Jane had previously worked in property related areas including the lettings industry as well as property conveyancing, whilst bringing up her family. She is a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and although not practicing currently, retains a keen interest in the subject as well as being a keen amateur artist.
Kathy Channon FARLA – Office Manager
Kathy joined us in November 2016 as Office Manager, she has many years’ experience in office management and bookkeeping, and has recently qualified to the level of fellow of ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents). Kathy is central to the running of the business and is responsible for our accounts and administration. In her spare time Kathy teaches line dancing, and enjoys playing bowls.
Helen Dugdale – Lettings Executive
After spending many years in retail management and customer service. Helen has realised a long-term goal of moving into the lettings field. She has also been a landlady herself and has renovated many properties, so she is ideally placed to assist landlords who are thinking of renovating properties with advice about layout and how to maximise the rental appeal of their properties. In her spare time she is an avid gardener, tennis player and enjoys walking her dog.
