My partner and I have been renting a beautifully maintained property for several years now Through Bennetts residential in Taunton. Our experience with Bennetts in Taunton has been nothing short of exemplary.
If any issues have ever arisen (break down of the washing machine for example), someone is there the same day or the next day to fix the issue. They have a full and effective network of professional trades available to cover any eventualities.
The office staff are polite, helpful and informative. They are straightforward honest and most importantly 'decent'. This company takes pride in offering a first class service, taking the time to check all is well on a regular basis. We found Bennetts had some of the lowest fees and deposit requirements in the market, yet they stand out amongst their competition as the best around, and certainly the standard by which other so-called letting agents would do well to judge themselves by.
I would have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending the services of Bennetts Residential in Taunton to anyone. Give them a call, or just drop in, they will be happy to help.

We have used them now for nearly 5 years and through the entire time they have gone over and above, even viewing a property and giving an honest opinion on letting potential. We are located in Nottingham so can't manage or keep an eye on them. They do regular visits and ensure any repairs are conducted quickly for reasonable cost.

We have been using Bennetts as our agent since we bought our investment property in 2001, and everything has gone very smoothly indeed. Andy and his staff are very friendly and professional, and always respond quickly to any queries. They have managed our property perfectly and keep us informed promptly and efficiently about the condition of the house and any work that needs doing, and organise it all for us. We don't have to worry about a thing. The house has just been refurbished after a longstanding tenant left and Bennetts arranged everything. The house now looks brand new! New tenants have just moved in, so we look forward to many more years of a happy relationship with Andy and his team. We would give them all 10 out of 10 plus 5 stars!
Very reasonable fees - we have never regretted investing in having an agent, and Andy and his team give us complete peace of mind for a fraction of our monthly rental income.

Bennetts have been managing our properties for at least 7 years and we have always been very satisfied. Their assistance over the last 6 months since we moved away from Taunton and refurbishing one property at a distance has been especially appreciated. When it looked as if we had a problem with an EPC rating he had a solution before he told us of a potential problem. When we had issues with a tenant behind with rental payments that was sorted too. We rented out a property in the Midlands for 3 years - letting agent was useless. In denial that there was a problem with tenant and his family.
Sharon is also brilliant in handling minor repair issues, check-in and check-out, advice re presenting property for rental etc - an absolute star. Don't know Kathy as well but has always been efficient with back office and passing on messages.
We have been landlords for 17 years so know what is good and bad about letting agents. Top marks for Bennetts
