I have used Andy Bennett for many years now and have only positive comments. One of the priorities for a Landlord is the selection of quality tenants for your property. I have had quality tenants who have remained at my properties for far longer than the average which cuts my costs, void rental periods. If I have any questions then they are answered promptly.
